Thursday 12th March
7:00 PM District Grand Master Meeting with the Worshipful Masters, Officers and Brethren of Turks Island Forth Lodge No. 647 and Coral Lodge No. 8888. Masonic Temple, Grand Turk. Invitation limited to Turks Island Forth Lodge and Coral Lodge Brethren.
Friday 13th March
5:00 PM Mentorship Session led by the District Grand Mentor, W Bro. Carl Bethel, QC. Masonic Temple, Grand Turk. All Brethren are invited to attend.
7:00 PM Welcome Cocktail Reception Hosted by Turks Island Forth Lodge No. 647 and Coral Lodge No. 8888. Home Away From Home Private Beach Club. Ladies and Guests are invited. There is no charge to attend.
Saturday 14th March
9:00 AM City Tour via a Two-Cart Trolley. The tour visit departs from the Osprey Hotel and will include several stops including the Masonic Temple, the Museum, the Lighthouse and ending at the Carnival Welcome Center. Ladies and Guests are invited. The trolley fee is $10/person and all participating are encouraged to travel with some cash for refreshments along the way.
3:00 PM Annual Convocation of the District Grand Chapter of Bahamas and Turks. Yellowman and Son Auditorium, Grand Turk.
5:00 PM Annual Communication of the District Grand Lodge of Bahamas and Turks. Yellowman and Son Auditorium, Grand Turk.
7:30 PM District Grand Lodge Annual Communication Banquet. Cocktails at 7:30 PM, Dinner at 8:00 PM. Yellowman and Son Auditorium, Grand Turk. Ladies and Guests are invited. The Dining Charge is $100/person or $175/couple inclusive of Dinner Wine and a Four-Course Meal. A Cash Bar will also be available.
